Celebration

The vision of creating a community that instills the values of a small-town values within a walkable and safe environment, the neo-traditional planning approach with the extensive landscape, parks, trails and pathways. The self-contained town includes numerous villages, neighborhoods, commercial parcels, a 17-acre town center, and variety of housing types. Amenities include tennis courts, pools, playground facilities, golf courses, and bike/pedestrian trails.

EDSA provided design of the entrance to the Town of Celebration, preliminary and final master planning for four community villages, totaling approximately 800 acres, a comprehensive bikeway study, schematic plans for a place of worship, neighborhood parks, and graphic exhibits for marketing.
