Deep Harbour

The community of Deep Harbour represents the transformation of a brownfield industrial site into a residential, urban, marina village along the historic Cambridge Creek. The gated community of 350 homes includes a one-half mile creekside promenade, a 56-slip waterfront marina, multiple open space mews, a community pool with a unique children’s pool shaped like a boat, a traditional village street network with parallel parking and lower level parking for both the condominiums and townhomes. The master plan effectively blends retail, office, hospitality, dining, a farmer’s market and both condominium and townhome waterside living.

EDSA began with master planning for the entire property and progressed in the development of detailed site plans, schematic design and construction documents for the village homes.
