Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea

The Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea will set the standard of excellence for private golf clubs and lifestyle communities in Asia. The site is part of a new master planned mixed-use city comprised of office, retail, convention, hospitality, residential and parks/open space. The focal point for the environmental stewardship green space program is an ultra high-end, low-density golf community with an 18-hole Nicklaus Design championship golf course. The residential community is set to include a golf clubhouse, residents’ club facility, full service spa, teaching facilities, and 64-acres of single family residential product with a target of 155 units. The development team has planned the community so that each of the villas faces the golf course, with unobstructed views of fairways, greens and tees. EDSA was responsible for full landscape architectural services of the residential golf community.
