Marsa Arabia Resort

The Island of Marsa Arabia, set directly in the center of The Porto Arabia Marina at The Pearl, invites a unique design and development concept unequalled in the surrounding area – an oasis set apart from the high-density, high-energy development taking place along the crest of Porto Arabia. The unique location of the Island will result in a resort plan that has an architecture and landscape vocabulary that feel as natural as they are beautiful.

Though carefully planned and executed, the design of the Four Seasons Marsa Arabia will replace any sense of artificiality with a sense that this is the resort that should have been here all along. The site consists of four main courtyards that are created by the sprawling architecture of the hotel and conference center. Each courtyard takes on its own function and identity while still staying connected to the others for a sinuous experience around the island perimeter. A grand entry to the hotel through the main portal and up the curving drive to the entry court provide for a memorable and unique arrival at this 5-star resort.
