Nanhai Vanke Plaza
Foshan is the second largest city in Guangdong Province of China, right after Guangzhou the capital. It has a rich history in Lingnan Culture, Kungfu, silk production and ceramics craftsmanship. Nanhai Vanke Plaza is located in the center of the city surrounded by commercial developments, with convenient adjacency to a public subway station, buses and highways.
Vanke Foshan collaborated with EDSA and local architects on making one of the top three commercial complexes with shopping malls, offices and residential high-rises in this urban area. With a total site area of 10 hectares, a building area of 380,000 square meters, the landscape is divided into three phases including commercial street and sunken plaza, and residential courtyards as well as a public plaza facing the city.
Incorporated with architecture, the landscape design is completely contemporary urban style with inspiring sculptures, culture-engraved paving and sculptural landscape elements such as fountains, planters, seating and lighting that will bring welcoming, relaxing and lively environment for the whole city.
