PepsiCo World Headquarters

PepsiCo World Headquarters forever changed the style and persona of corporate campuses by nestling a major building complex into a landscape of great natural beauty. The creative interplay between woodlands and gardens results in blended courtyards, informal meadows, and The Donald M. Kendall outdoor sculpture garden. Throughout the grounds the works of outstanding artists such as Henri Lauren, Alexander Calder, Henry Moore and David Smith are featured. The employees’ experience and needs are beautifully integrated with the requirements of the structures and hardscape elements.

EDSA provided complete master planning and landscape design services. In addition, EDSA supplied a “Design and Maintenance” manual, with the intent of guiding future design judgements. This site was awarded a Landmark Award by the Florida Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects for retaining its original design integrity and significant contribution to the public realm of the community which it is located for more than 20 years.
