Port Ghalib City

Port Ghalib is an integrated waterfront resort community situated on 18 kms of virgin shoreline. The project consists of four distinct zones including the Capital City (urban core), El Jezirah el Hammrah Village (hillside village), Umm Arakah Village (located at the foothill with a superb beach), and other intermediate support developments. Programming includes luxury beachfront villas, elite golf estates, and marina apartments supported by hospitals, schools, water parks and hospitality offerings. In design, Port Ghalib combines the magic of ancient legends with innovations of the modern world for an environmentally conscious resort community that caters to the contemporary needs and comforts of its residents. By utilizing the land’s rich natural resources, drawing on historic architecture for its residential communities and creating opportunities that generate a healthy local economy, Port Ghalib’s vision is one of harmony, opportunity, and inner growth.

EDSA provided master planning and detailed design services for the community.
