1991

Joseph J. Lalli is appointed President and Managing Principal of EDSA. Ed Stone earns the ASLA Medal recognizing his lifelong contribution to the profession and lasting impact on public welfare and the environment.

1995

EDSA begins design of Atlantis, Paradise Island; the most intensely themed tourist destination in the Caribbean. The development generates over 900 permanent jobs and restores tourism in the Bahamas.

1996

EDSA’s “Living Master Plan” concept takes shape at Nova Southeastern University by anticipating and embracing the future growth and diversity of the university. EDSA’s creative use of unique design elements brings a heightened sense of place and creates a new standard for academic environments.

1999

Hailed as the finest 5-star resort in the region, The One & Only Royal Mirage pays tribute to Arabian hospitality on a truly regal scale. EDSA’s design authenticates the spirit of Dubai with dramatic architecture creating symmetry, amidst a landscape of fountains, walkways and lush gardens.
