Promoting education through group travel, EDSA teams are encouraged to enhance their design sensibilities, broaden global perspectives and reach beyond their comfort zones by learning through exploration. Upon return, teams present their experiences, convey knowledge gained and incorporate new skills and ideas into practice.

Joseph J. Lalli Design Fellowship

This annual designation is granted to an EDSA employee who presents a compelling proposal to travel and immerse themselves in a location or culture to better understand the attributes of that place. Recipients share lessons learned with colleagues through journaling, photography, sketching and a case study analysis.
