Physically being present in an outdoor space affords one the opportunity to connect with the ecosystem, culture and environmental assets of an area – providing people with an outward look inward.

Betsy F. Suiter PLA

Vice President & Design Director

Captivated by the role design has on influencing spaces for people, Betsy combines her knowledge of material aesthetics and construction methods with a love of nature and art. Visualizing the details that make a project interesting, engaging and timeless, Betsy melds logical, linear and factual thinking with the creative application of color, movement and imagination to create holistic destinations. Her forte is solidifying concepts to ensure a project fits within its context – where design is not only aesthetically appealing but creates a new awareness of the environment.
