Overview

Credited with raising the bar in culturally contextual, Madinat Jumeirah gracefully celebrates history by recreating the feel of Old Dubai along Dubai Creek. Complete with waterways, abras, wind towers, and a bustling souk, the $1.2 billion project is one of the largest and best-known destinations in Dubai. A total of 940 rooms were positioned throughout the site, offering guests views of resort activities, waterways, gardens, private beaches, and/or the Arabian Sea.

The celebrated oasis includes a cultural village with museum, souk-style retail complex, an extensive range of restaurants, bars, and cafes, a 9,000-square meter fully equipped convention center, and the largest spa and fitness center in the region (Talise Wellness Spa).

EDSA was involved in the planning and design of the project from its inception and continued to work nonstop through design development and construction administration.
