Overview

Set in a cove bounded by the historic Morgan’s Point peninsula, this destination resort and residential community is designed to fully embrace Bermuda’s casually elegant lifestyle. The Ritz-Carlton Reserve and The Cove, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve Residence are a contemporary interpretations of British Colonial architecture.

The design brings a clean, modern edge to a traditional vernacular, while a stunning indoor-outdoor spa and super yacht marina provide the ultimate in luxury. The crisp, white buildings are punctuated by natural wood balconies, and accompanied by profuse plantings of palms. Seamlessly integrated with the larger community, views are preserved with low to mid-rise buildings and private outdoor spaces with either plunge pools or outdoor kitchens adding to the site’s natural amenities. With local developers and the community working hand in hand, the development has been designed to honor the history and culture of the site.

Set on a breathtaking stretch of Bermuda’s west end, EDSA designed the large-scale master plan for the entire area including the Ritz-Carlton Reserve and Residences at Caroline Bay, a hamlet community on historic Morgan’s Point peninsula, and The Hills Community, a high-end mixed residential development.
