As a gateway to the entire development, the hot spring spa and 150-key hotel provides a foundational link to a contemporary, organic inspired design reflected in the architecture, restorative landscaping, and amenities. Additionally, the project is designed for two multiple district residential developments. The mix of single and multi-family offerings has been carefully designed with a sense of indoor-outdoor public and private areas to maximize the user experience.

EDSA has provided master planning services as well as conceptual, schematic, and design development for the residential parcels.
