Renovations to this coastal resort have raised the bar for engaging amenity offerings bringing it to the forefront of hospitality innovation and improving guest return rates. With no natural beach, the authentic Florida-felt theme utilizes water to create a cohesively designed palette. The natural river-type pool with subtropical landscaping, mangroves, and native trees takes on the look of an Everglades camp with interactive elements that support a new river ride while an extended deck provides additional space for entertainment and activities.

The 45-foot tall treehouse-styled slide tower anchors the recreation area opening to tandem flume speed slides and a gently curving raft ride that flushes into the winding river pool. Stretching 575 feet, the pool meanders throughout the site with sporadic waterfalls that shower riders from overhead. Solving the need for food and beverage, a dedicated dining pavilion housing branded food trucks creates a unique gastronomic experience.

EDSA is providing detailed design through construction administration for the amenity expansion project that offers guests a dynamic aquatic adventure.
