©EDSA | Nakajui - A Ritz-Carlton Reserve | Iconic ocean views surrounding the ultimate sanctuary

Overview

One of few hospitality offerings located within the 1,400-acre resort and residential community, the 80-room Ritz-Carlton Reserve suspends itself 300 feet above the waters and beaches of Golfo de Papagayo. Immersing guests into the lush, bio-diverse landscape with an instilled sense of serenity, a subtle entry gate, hotel, pool, amenity areas, spa, fitness center and guest villas tread lightly on the land and provide opportunities to connect and disconnect through a mix of active and passive spaces.

A hanging rope bridge, winding trails and tented guestrooms position themselves among cliff overhangs and showcase extended views of the jungle, while Spanish Colonial and Agrarian landscape and architectural styles speak to the formal, yet rustic design precedents of the region. An adventurous journey for visitors, the incorporation of regional influences and site history create endless opportunities for education about the site’s unique story of place.

EDSA’s planning and design efforts define a transformative, nature driven guest experience rooted in wellness and offers an authentic, barefoot luxury spin on the hotelier brand’s signature aesthetic.
