From entry roads lined with Live Oaks and grand lawns that frame a central lake to trails that connect play spaces and outdoor gathering areas, the design fully addresses the current and future needs of multi-generational residents. Positively shaping the community and connecting people to the environment, a high-performing, productive landscape prioritizes long-term sustainability with ample food gardens, natural areas and tree canopies that offset the carbon footprint and reduce water run-off. The neighborhood will incorporate retail, office, residential, entertainment and hospitality offerings among and within urban plazas, pocket parks, walkable streets and nature zones.

EDSA’s planning efforts included the siting of buildings, open space connections, circulation, streetscapes and recreational amenities. The overall design brings a sense of urban vibrancy and place to the community with enhanced offerings that are equally accessible and improve environmental quality.
