Overview

Located in one of Europe’s most prestigious destinations, the site holds tremendous historic, environmental and cultural value. The forested topography, rocky cliffs and secluded coves served as critical elements in establishing view sheds and placement of real estate offerings. With product diversification, low impact connectivity and non-vehicular circulation a priority, the team established a consistent, clean and elegant palette of material finishes that creates a sense of luxury, harmony and exclusivity for guests.

The revitalized destination has multiple hotels, villas and bungalows supported by a waterfront promenade, restaurants, marina village and numerous courtyards, lawns, gardens and natural parks for exploration and discovery.

EDSA was tasked with evaluating and redesigning four of the resort’s main areas with the goal of improving recreational amenities while seeking alternate real estate uses. The result is an immersive resort experience that celebrates the features and cultural value of the sprawling 60s landmark.
