This five-star resort includes two 18-hole Dave Thomas signature golf courses, a 2,500 square-meter golf clubhouse, 100 suites, and 160 single-family lots. In 1995, Conde Nast Travel rated the project the number one resort in the world.

EDSA provided master planning, detail design, and on-site observation services for all resort areas. Other responsibilities included a study of the environmental aspects of the site, recommendations concerning the land use and design concepts, site planning, and infrastructure requirements.
