The outdoor amenity package includes several courtyards, pedestrian pathways, and seating areas, in addition to an elliptical, flagstone terrace that features a pergola, water feature, and richly detailed planting. The site plan selectively specified local quarried stone walls to assist with grade transitions while the tree protection plan preserved a sense of place.
