Overview

Created with new urbanism concepts, the design meets the University’s objective to craft a true living-learning community. The design creates a continuum of uses and serves as an extension of the classroom by integrating the buildings into the existing landscape and connecting its components through pedestrian pathways.

A recycled-tire rubber jogging path, flexible outdoor courts, and student-run organic garden compliment the 620-bed facility. The adjacent 290-car parking garage, green spaces, pedestrian plaza, and retail offerings are linked by covered walkways that meander through a lush urban, park-like setting.

Adding to a convenient, safe, and affordable student living environment, EDSA provided master planning through construction administration services for all exterior spaces inclusive of landscape, circulation, lighting, paving, and exterior furnishings.
